Follow these steps.

  • Remove your bolt carrier group
  • Attach cleaning felt to SureShot Cleaner
  • Insert SureShot Cleaner into receiver as you would a BCG.
  • Lock receivers together and use your charging handle to cycle SureShot cleaner through to clean the entire upper receiver.

Love it! Would buy again if I ever needed to - you can pick up more cleaning pads on the site for cheap too. Worked amazing takes maybe 3-5 minutes if that - and gets your rifle clean. 10/10 product seriously.
